While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are dedicated to addressing any issues that may arise with your delivery in a manner befitting our esteemed clientele.

Addressing Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in impeccable condition. However, should your package sustain damage in transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution:

  • For significant damage (three or more cans impacted): We will arrange for a replacement of the affected quantity.
  • For minor damage (fewer than three cans): A partial refund or store credit will be issued in lieu of individual can replacements.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

Occasionally, a package marked as “delivered” may still be en route. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for final delivery. If your order does not arrive within this window, please reach out to us, and we will ensure that a suitable remedy is provided—whether that be a replacement or a full refund.
