SHIPPING POLICY

At AMRITĀ, we prioritize the swift processing of your orders. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to select your preferred shipping method for your Product(s), with all applicable shipping and handling charges clearly specified during the ordering process. Shipping costs vary based on the Products selected and the shipping method chosen. Your total shipping fees will be calculated automatically during checkout, ensuring transparency before order completion.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement, provided funds have been successfully cleared. Our operations are conducted during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding national holidays. Please note that orders placed during special promotions or holiday periods may experience extended processing times. We do not ship on national holidays.

For U.S.-based shipments, you may have the option to expedite your delivery with a variety of options, including Ground, Third Day, Second Day, or Overnight Services.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the Products are handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once the order is with the carrier.

  • Important Notice About Your Order: In the event of an issue with processing your order, a shipping address discrepancy, duplicate order, or cancellation, you will receive an important notice. Once your order is processed, tracking numbers are typically assigned promptly and will be visible on our website, alongside your order details. As we work with various carriers, tracking availability may differ depending on the Product purchased, the shipping method selected, and the carrier handling your shipment.

Order Status vs. Tracking Information
The order status refers to the progress of your order as it moves through our fulfillment process until it ships from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the carrier (e.g., FedEx or USPS) will handle your order and provide tracking details, accessible through your Order History on our site.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to three full business days after shipment from our warehouse.
